Wow, this is a tough song to review on alot of levels. First off, the name of the band, and the title of the song caught my attention immediately when looking through all of the submissions. For me that is huge because it registers as creative, which drew me right in. The sound of the band is quite unique, going with big sounding production that gave me 80’s button a good push, reminding me of the good old days of dark electronic music like Cabaret Voltaire, or early Depeche Mode. I instantly liked it. They craft great ambient textures over these big sounds that are fluid and winding. A driving groove with fluid ambient textures always is a great start for me, and the dissonance in the guitars is creative and emotional.
