We are breaking new ground with our music, taking it to a new level.

PLUS

What you’re saying, what you’re doing, what you’re thinking, needs renewing.

What’re you saying?

Simplistic are the lyrics but we want to keep the message as raw as possible. Forget about the credit crunch and the economy crashing and go create, if you want to do a remix contact us and the best one will get on the album.

We will be doing a pre-release of our music to a strictly limited amount of people, to get feedback, we don’t like to create in isolation so give me your communication station:

Visual Music

January 27th, 2008

Its interesting that a few people have commented on myspace that our music sounds like massive attack or has a massive attack ‘groove’, we’re well into that style of music, and there wasn’t enough music of that style around so we thought it would be great to try and make some.

The visual aspect of massive attack is very good, using facts and figures on their last tour in the backdrop, also featuring political statements as the war in iraq was in full swing at that time (which we were against as well, and went on a march in london against it).

But the visual aspect of other bands also inspire us, such as pink floyd with the spectacular displays – there is something about a good visual aspect that works well with ‘visual music’, music you can almost see, imagine what it could look like.  Also, people in the amazon don’t just listen to music they see it just as much as hear it, a visual landscape, like a map of the jungle is painted using drums, flutes, vocals and various percussion.

The merging of the imagination into our music into the visual aspect is happening now – we are creating music videos that reflect what we imagine when we listen to the music.  Its almost like reading a book, we see what happens as the story unfolds in the music.

Doug DeAngelis Reviews The Time Cycles “The Time Loop”

September 24th, 2007

Over the moon, We are the winners of a pro review contest on broadjam from Doug DeAngelis!

The Time Cycles
Positive Comments

Wow, this is a tough song to review on alot of levels. First off, the name of the band, and the title of the song caught my attention immediately when looking through all of the submissions. For me that is huge because it registers as creative, which drew me right in. The sound of the band is quite unique, going with big sounding production that gave me 80′s button a good push, reminding me of the good old days of dark electronic music like Cabaret Voltaire, or early Depeche Mode. I instantly liked it. They craft great ambient textures over these big sounds that are fluid and winding. A driving groove with fluid ambient textures always is a great start for me, and the dissonance in the guitars is creative and emotional.
